Extrospection is a technology advisory firm. We help leadership teams, investors, and boards make better decisions about technology — by bringing independence, rigour, and commercial perspective to every engagement.

Built to close the gap between technology and commercial outcomes

Most technology advice is given from the inside. Internal teams are close to the problem — but rarely close to the commercial outcome. Consultants bring frameworks, but not always judgment. We built Extrospection to fill that gap.

The name comes from how we work. Extrospection: examining the external world with the same rigour you'd apply to an internal audit. We bring data, independence, and commercial discipline to questions that are too often answered with opinion.
